Perfect Poinsettia
This is a Christmas card featuring the beautiful poinsettia flower. The flower is made from Whisper White card stock in 5 layers and accented by three pearls for the flower center. I've added some sprigs done in White flocked card stock, Pear Pizzazz and Gold foil card stock. Anchoring the flower is a gold label that was cut out with a die from Ornate Frames dies from gold foil paper. All that you need to add is a beautiful wish for a Merry Christmas on the inside and you are ready to send this card to someone special on your card list.

Gnome For The Holiday
Gnome For The Holiday Frame Project
This is a cute project to do and use as a home decor item or a gift to give someone special. This is a 4 x 4 inch shadowbox frame that has stamped images that were handcut out and added in layers to three separate strips of cardstock which are attached to the sides of the frame. I used the Gnome For the Holidays stamp set and created the tree and attached it to the back cover of the frame. I then added strips of the images of the gnomes positioned so that each of them could be seen when looking into this diorama. I added fairy lights to add some light to see the images more clearly and the battery pack from the lights was hot glued to the back side of the frame. All in all it was a well received project for my classes for this Christmas 2020 season.

Happy ""Batty" Halloween Card
Here is a Halloween card that is sophisticated enough for any gobblin! Using the lacy bat stamped images makes this card less kid-like and more adult-like in appeal. I hope you enjoy the video below to explain how to put this card together.

Floral Birthday
Hello Friends!
I decided that I had not used Magenta Madness card stock for card making so I decided to try a card using that color. I used "Band Together" and "Tasteful Touches" stamp sets to stamp and cut out the flowers by hand. Both flowers were stamped in Magenta Madness Ink and colored in using a dauber. The other leaf sprays come from the Forever Flourishing dies. The "pod" like stem is in Whisper White and the green spray in the background is in Pear Pizzazz. I also used two of the Sweetly Stitched rectangles to cut out the background pieces in Whisper White and Magenta Madness. I added a few small drops of liquid glue to the inside of each flower and sprinkled it with Dazzing Diamonds glitter. This is an easy card to complete and I hope you like it well enough to give it a try.
Please leave a comment even if it is not in English. I will translate your comments into English as they are posted so let me know your opinions.

I thought I'd put the video tutorial for my first slimline card on my blog so you can follow it along. All the measurements are there for constructing the card. I will also put the Stampin' Up! dies and stamp sets that I used to make the card so you can order or find the stamp and dies that you can use from your current collection. Here's what you need from Stampin' Up to make this card:

Happy Birthday (Masculine)
Here is a card that I made that I think you'll like. Many requests for a "man" card, so I tried to put this together and I think it came out pretty good. Here are the directions in making this card:
- The card base is made from Cinnamon Cider card stock. Measures 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. Score on the long side at 2 1/8, and 4 1/4. Fold on the score lines
- Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) 1 7/8 x 5 1/4 and attach to the front panel.
- Cut a piece of Night of Nave card stock 1 7/8 x 5 1/4 and attach to the second narrow panel.
- For the Z-Fold, Cut a strip of Night of Navy card stock 1 inch x 8 1/2. Score at 2 1/8 and 5 1/4. Fold on the score lines. Cut another piece of matching DSP at 3/4 inch x 8 1/2 and attach to the just cut Night of Navy card stock strip.
- Cut another strip of card stock from Cinnamon Cider 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch and attach to the just cut Night of Navy strip.
- Bend all three layers together on the score lines. The longest end of the strip attached to the left side of the card base and the shorter folded strip will be attached to the inside of the card.
- Attach a Night of Navy liner 4 x 5 1/4 to inside of the card as a layer.
- Cut a piece of Whisper White card stock for stamping the inside, 3 3/4 x 5.
- Use the large sunflower image and stamp the large sunflower from "Celebrate Sunflowers" with Cinnamon Cider ink. Color in the image using Blend alcohol pens in Dark and Light Cinnamon Cider ink. Then use the color lifter to remove some of the dark colored ink to lighten up the sunflower and give some shadows.
- Stamp "Lets Celebrate You" from the same stamp set.
- Cut out the word HAPPY with the letters (now discontinued) on Night of Navy card stock. Do the same using Cinnamon Cider card stock and attach the cinnamon letters to the backs of the Night of Navy letters to provide a shadow and to give the letters some support when the card is opened.
- Attach the letters H-A-P-P-Y TO THE far left of the strip and gluing in place with tear and tape or liquid glue.
- Stamp a 1/2 in x 2 inch piece of Whisper White card stock and stamp with "Birthday" from the "Well Said" stamp set. Attach the piece with tear and tape and adhere to the second panel of the HAPPY Strip. Add an envelope and send to your favorite birthday person!

Thinking Of You Card with Matching Mini Treat Box
A cute 'thinking of you' card that's bright and cheery for someone who needs a smile. Easy to put together we are using the Pretty Parasol and Under My Umbrella stamp sets with the matching punch. I've added a little bling to the umbrella using a few sequins to brighten things up and a tiny treat box that holds a couple of bite size chocolate candies.

Daisy Gift Box and Matching Birthday Card
Welcome to another tutorial. Sharing my ideas for making this Daisy Gift Box and Matching Birthday Card...just the right compliment for gift giving.
Here are Directions for the Box: (box measures 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches.)
- Measure card stock 7 3/16"square. This will be the bottom of the box.
- Score the paper at 2" on all four sides.
- Please reference the picture above. The black lines are the score marks and each of the tabs in the corners is cut, wedged, and turned 45 degrees in pinwheel fashion. The wedge (small sliver of the tab) is cut on the tab side, not the box side. Repeat the cut on the score mark up to the next score line and wedge each side of the tab as shown.
- Fold all the fold lines and burnish with a bone folder to give the box a crisp and precise edge.
- Apply tear & tape to each of the four tabs in the manner shown. You must use tear and tape so the box will hold together well. Applying snail is not enough hold power for a box.
- Assemble the box bottom.
Directions for the Lid:
- Measure card stock or DSP at 6 1/4" square. Score at 1 1/2" on all four sides. Repeat cutting the tabs in the manner shown, fold on the score lines, and apply tear & tape to the tabs and assemble the box lid.
Finish the Box:
Items you will need:
- Daisy punch
- Medium daisy punch
- Leaf punch
- Old Olive Ribbon - sample on the box is 1/8" wide and assembled using a three loop technique
- 1/2" circle punch
- Strips of DSP that measure 1 1/4 x 3". Cut 4 and apply to the sides of the box lid as shown in the picture.
- Punch two daisies out of scrap card stock.
- Punch two daisies from the daisy punch. Put two layer daisy flower together with snail.
- Punch two flowers from the medium daisy punch from Whisper White card stock.
- Take the Leaf punch and punch four leaf patterns from Mossy Meadow card stock. Arrange the daisies on the box lid and place the leaf sets wherever it loos pleasing to the eye. Make a triple loop bow from ribbon you may have. This could be an optional set.
- Punch two 1/2" circles and use them to be the center of the daisies. Glue with snail.
Add any finishing touches to the gift box you may like. The box is completed...now let's move onto the card...
Card Instructions:
- From Crushed Curry card stock, cut a piece 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 in. Score on the long side at 4 1/4".
- Add the liner, Whisper White card stock, with snail that measures 4 x 5 1/4".
- Add another liner in Whisper White card stock with snail, measuring 3 3/4 x 5".
- Cut a strip of Crushed Curry card stock, 1 1/4 x 5 and apply with snail to liner to the far left of the card face.
- Cut a strip of DSP, 1 x 4 3/4 " and apply to Crushed Curry card stock with snail.
- Punch 4 large daisies in Crushed Curry card stock and bind together with snail, making two large daisy flowers.
- Punch 2 medium daisies in Whisper White card stock and bind together with snail, making one smaller daisy flower.
- Punch 3 - 1/2 inch circles with the punch and apply to the centers of each of the flowers.
- Punch 4 leafs with the Leaf punch and arrange and attach to the daisy flowers with snail.
- Using the banner die from the Lakeside die set, stamp the sentiment from the Perennial Birthday stamp set on Crushed Curry card stock with Memento Ink and cut out. Cut out same die shape with Soft Suede card stock. Cut Soft Suede die cut in half and apply to the back of the Crushed Curry die cut, extending the ends as shown.
- Finish the inside of the card by applying the HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment from the Perennial Birthday stamp set with Memento Ink on a 3 1/2 x 5 inch Whisper White card stock. Also add another liner in Whisper White card stock behind, measuring 4 x 5 1/4 in. Apply inside the card with snail.
- Add a piece of DSP that measures 1 x 5 inches to the bottom of the inside liner. Apply white baker's twine to the strip, winding two widths around the paper and attach to the back side. Make a bow with another piece of twine and tie. Your card and box set is done.
