Noel Window Card

Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog

Here's How I made this card:

  • Lost Lagoon card stock 4 1/2 x 11.  Score and fold in half.
  • Using the Softly Falling embossing folder, emboss the front of the card with the heaviest of the snow falling from the top of the card.
  • Stamp the tree image from the Wonderland stamp set.  I used Mossy Meadow ink and stamped it three times but not reinking between stamps.
  • Cover the paper stamped image with Versamark and sprinkle with heat & stick powder.
  • Heat the powder until it becomes wet and then sprinkle with dazzling diamonds glitter.  This adds a beautiful snowing effect.
  • Cut the window image from the Hearth and Home window die with the Big Shot along with the window box.
  • Apply dimentionals on the back of the window and attach the window to the stamped tree image.
  • Attach the windowed trees to the front of the card with snail.
  • The NOEL was cut out with the Big Shot from a framelit that was popular last year but you can use any of the current scripted greetings available.
  • I added a Martha Stewart punched snowflake because it was the right size for the card and added a snowflake and a silver sequin from the Frosted Sequins along with a few circles of silver thread under the snowflake
