Sunflower Birthday

Sunflower Birthday
Hello Everyone,
It's been a while since I have posted something (had surgery) so I apologize for my absence.  I am able to get around so I thought I'd make this card for my Facebook Live presentation on Monday.  This card was so easy to make, I decided to put the directions in making it here on my blog.  So here are the directions:
  • Whisper White card stock, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2; Score at 4 1/4.
  • Old Olive Card stock, 4 x 5 1/4
  • From Stitched So Sweetly dies, cut a Whisper White rectangle about 4 inches by 2 1/2 inches.
  • From Seaside Spray, die cut the next smallest rectangle.
  • From Whisper White card stock, stamp the sunflower image from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set with Seaside Spray ink. Take a dauber and color in with Seaside Spray ink the just cut flower.
  • From Seaside Spray card stock, die cut the detailed sunflower as shown.
  • Adhere in this order:
  • Old Olive liner, Whisper White scalloped rectangle, on dimensionals; Seaside Spray scalloped rectangle with snail.  Adhere the colored in sunflower and layer on top the open cut sunflower in Seaside Spray.
  • In the top left corner cut a piece of Pear Pizzazz ribbon to tuck underneath the top left corner and adhere with snail. Add a two looped bow with glue dots.
  • In the center of the sunflower, add off white seed beads with Shimmery Crystal Effects and allow to dry.  The front of the card is done.
Inside:
  • Cut Old Olive card stock, 4 x 5 1/4 inches and adhere with snail.
  • Cut die cuts as on front of the card with the larger scalloped rectangle done in Seaside Spray, and the smaller scalloped rectangle die cut in Whisper White.
  • Stamp "Let's Celebrate You" from the Celebrate Sunflower stamp set with Seaside Spray ink.  Under that stamp "happy birthday" from Timeless Tulips stamp set.  Adhere the scalloped rectangles together and add to the center of the card.  The card is complete.
