Welcoming Window Birthday Card

Showing you the card I made using the Welcoming Window stamp set and matching Window Flower Box dies. Stamped most of the features on this card and liked the brick wall created by using Soft Suede ink and stamping off techniques. Layering Squares dies create the frame for the card face greeting. Here's the recipe to put this one together:
  • Cardstock -Card Base - Early Expresso - 8.5 x 5.5.  Score at 4 .25
  • Add liner card stock - Calypso Coral - 4 x 5.25
  • Add liner card stock as stamp surface - Very Vanilla - 3.75 x 5.
  • Stamp the brick wall using Soft Suede ink using the stamp off technique and cover the entire sheet.
  • Stamp and cut out with Window Flower Box dies the shutters (2), window (1), plant ledge (2) using Early Expresso ink.
  • Stamp and cut out with Window Flower Box dies the three green flower bunches.  Garden Green Ink and Calypso Coral ink for the flowers.
  • From Bumblebee card stock, cut out three flower pots, one large, one medium, and one small.
  • From Calypso Coral and Very Vanilla card stock:  stamp the greeting using Calypso Coral ink and cut out with Layering Squares die.  Cut out the next size Layering Square from Calypso Coral card stock.  Adhere together.
  • Assemble the flower pots with flower bunches as shown.  Adhere window, shutters and ledges to card face using dimensionals.
  • Adhere the flower pots to the ledges and the greeting to the ledge as shown.
